If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.  

If you are more than 20 minutes late we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit your appointment into the schedule and you may not be seen. If we cannot fit you in, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost for the missed appointment!

We do not allow you to use other skin care products while being treated. 

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.  

We will provide you will all the tools and guide you along the way to clear skin. But- we can not do it all for you. As a client, you must be committed to using your skin care consistently and follow the lifestyle guidelines provided.
